Who cares about TGIF now that Taco Tuesday has been invented! And Taco Tuesday at Rubio’s is extra special since they are the home of the Original Fish Taco.
Their tacos are made with Alaskan Pollack, hand-dipped into a beer batter. They are topped with Rubio’s freshly made white sauce, salsa, and fresh cabbage. They are served on a corn tortilla with a slice of lime.
