Chili’s gluten free menu has much to offer, especially when it comes to its main items. I do, however, feel they could step it up on the sides, though – well just one in particular.
I am of the belief that French Fries should always be offered as gluten free option. While some are friend in contaminated batter and some are actually battered themselves, it’s so easy to offer the alternative version for those that can’t eat certain ingredients.
But alas, I give them perks on the plethora of other side options made available, that are much healthier. So there ya go.
If you’re worried about cross-contamination or have Celiac Disease, talk to your waiter prior to ordering to ensure food safety, as you would do anywhere.
So let’s get down to business, and talk about menu offerings.

Popular Gluten Free Items at Chili’s
Some of the favorite gluten free menu items for those that have gluten sensitivity, intolerance, NCGS or allergies are the soups, salads, ribs, steaks and burgers, with substitutions for some of these orders.
Loaded Baked Potato Soup
This creamy, delicious soup is perfect for cold days or when you’re missing your mom’s comfort food. It can be a meal in itself or act as a side, depending on just how darn hungry you are.
Southern Smokehouse Burger
Additionally, you can try this burger (sans bun, fries, or onion rings). Sub for loaded mashed potatoes and a side salad with ranch (no croutons) for something truly unique and satisfying. You won’t miss the fries or bun a bit, hopefully, but if you do, just enjoy in knowing that the rest of us are downing fat gaining carbs and you can bask in the glow of that knowledge, you healthy person, you.
Smoked Wings
And don’t forget you have the option of eating an appetizer(s) as a meal. Try these delicious smoked wings with a side of dressing and a side salad (no croutons), and you’ll not only have a gluten free meal, but a low-carb one as well.
There is no shortage of meal offerings at Chili’s with fajitas, Mex Bowls, corn tacos and more. You’re sure to find something you can eat, that isn’t worn out, as is the problem with so many places.
You can only eat so many grilled chicken salads before you want to scream. I hear ya.
Enjoy Chili’s Gluten Free Offerings
Chili’s has Baby Back Ribs, salads, lite offerings, and more. With all of this, it’s hard not to enjoy eating at Chili’s even though you may have restrictions.
You certainly won’t feel like you have restrictions here. You’ll feel like you’re royalty, super orderer.
Those restrictions don’t have to limit your taste experiences, and Chili’s understands this, with the exception of the fry, but I will shortly get over this small oversight.
Come check out Chili’s and see what they have for you as far as gluten free options go.
