So if you’re at Starbucks and you’re looking for a gluten free snack, because you have Celiac Disease, gluten sensitivity, NCGS or other food allergies and intolerance, you’re going to be slightly limited in the food selection.
As always, don’t forget to warn your server about cross-contamination of foods.
Like I said, Starbucks gluten free menu is limited, as is this review. However, some of the favorite gluten free menu items are the gluten free marshmallow dream bar and of course, the coffee.

Popular Gluten Free Items at Starbucks
Gluten Free Marshmallow Dream Bar
This is ooey-gooey goodness filled with rice krispies, butter and marshmallows. While Starbucks doesn’t offer a large selection of gluten free snacks, what they do offer is well above par, and I think that completely makes up for the other.
Gluten Free Chocolate Chewy Cookie
Surprisingly, some desserts are better without gluten filled ingredients. This cookie is ultra-rich and chewy – full of deliciousness. Go get one, and you’re welcome.
Dark Cherry Yogurt Parfait
It’s healthy and decadent and has no shame in this game. Go ahead and order this with your skinny non-fat latte.
