List of most popular gluten free items
House Salad
I know it may seem odd that I’m including this as one of the popular dishes, since it’s a starter, but I have my reasons. Please continue.
This salad is absolutely delicious! And that dressing’s main ingredient must be crack cocaine, because I could make a meal just out of this.
Or the lemony cheesy goodness in it perfectly hits the spot for me, but either way, just – YUM!
It’s got Pepperoncinis, large black olives, purple onions, juice tomato slices, and zesty italian dressing. Plus you can ask your server to load it down with freshly grated Parmesan cheese – as much as you want.
Gluten Free Rotini with Meat Sauce
If you have a craving for pasta, and haven’t been able to have any for a while because you have food sensitivities, have no fear – Olive Garden has your back, er… your stomach?
This pasta dish is just like what your mama made, and it comes with as much freshly grated Parm as your little heart desires.
Who says you can’t eat pasta, you rebel?
Herb-Grilled Salmon
Grilled Salmon is usually a safe choice if you’re looking for a gluten alternative meal, and Olive Garden is no exception to this rule. This flaky fish is seasoned to perfection and smothered in delicious herbs, and served with beautiful grill marks across the top.
Can you taste the flavor I’m writing? I know I’m certainly hungry.
Enjoy Olive Garden’s Gluten Free Offerings
While Olive Garden’s gluten free menu is limited, I feel like for a pasta place, they’ve really made the effort to be more inclusive to people with food sensitivities. I know people with Celiac Disease very much miss tasty breads and pastas, and oftentimes, it’s difficult to find something that even resembles what you’re used to.
Kudos to Olive Garden for going the extra mile. Now if you could only get some gluten free breadsticks, I would be even happier.
