The gluten-free menu items include salads, tacos and other side items that will pair perfectly together and help you to create a satisfying meal. Make sure you talk to a manager and get an allergen menu so that you can see what ingredients are going into your food.

Freebird Salad
While you may be tired of always having to order salad when you go out to restaurants, this one truly is delicious and satisfying. It is filled with mixed greens and lettuce and comes with other vegetables and your choice of meat.
It will fill you up with healthy fuel and keep you satisfied. It costs you about $7.50.
Carnitas Tacos
Because this uses corn tortillas, it is gluten-free. Make sure to ask your waiter about the other ingredients and inform them of your sensitivity so that they can help avoid cross-contamination.
This is a great way to fill up and you can add multiple tacos, with different meats to your meal. The Carnitas Tacos will cost you $2.85 a piece.
Chips and Guacamole
The chips at Freebirds are made from corn tortillas and are therefore gluten-free. This is a great item to share between friends or family and is a great appetizer for your meal.
Be sure to inform them of your allergy in order to prevent cross-contamination. A bowl big enough to share will only cost you $3.50.
Chicken Burrito Bowl
While this is one of the more enticing menu items that is considered gluten-free, it is also one of the most likely to be cross-contaminated. It is very important that you are aware of the ingredients used and the way in which your bowl will be prepared.
If you are satisfied with the manager’s assurance, then the bowl will cost you $6.90.
