Panera Bread’s gluten free menu is a great choice for those that have Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.

Chefs really are becoming more aware that this is a serious health issue, and are cooking more inclusively, to the joy of many who’ve gone hungry for years. Okay, maybe not hungry, but definitely deprived of tastes and flavors.
So cheers to those that are living with gluten-sensitivity. Let’s go enjoy a meal together.

Popular Gluten Free Items at Panera Bread
Some of the favorite gluten free menu items are the Power Breakfast Egg White Bowl with Roasted Turkey, for the health conscious, and the gluten free rosemary focaccia bread, for those that just miss eating a sandwich.
Panera Bread knows that everyone should start the day off with a healthy breakfast, so why not fuel up on something as protein packed and healthy as egg whites and turkey Power bowls, without all the calories.
If you’re more of a red meat carnivore, Panera Bread has you covered there as well. Just order the steak Power Bowl option and let your red meat flag fly.
Sometimes you just get tired of being told you have to eat lettuce and tomato everywhere, for lunch and dinner, simply because you have food sensitivity. I would be exhausted by that too.
Now, Panera Bread has lunch AND dinner options for you that go way beyond the rabbit food. Hail to the PB.
Hey, I’m not cutting down the salads with the rabbit food comment. If done right, they can be oh so satisfying, as is shown below.
Panera Bread has no shortcomings on salads and dressings, and you don’t feel the least bit deprived when eating something as delicious as the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad with Poppyseed Dressing. This even sounds divine (pronounced dE-vine in this fancy moment) – I’m having a Grey Poupon moment.
Don’t forget to pair your salad with one of Panera Bread’s delicious soups. The creamy tomato, without croutons – of course – is one of my favorite salad pairings, so go for the combo and get your soup and salad on.
And we all know a sandwich isn’t complete without a tasty side, but Panera Bread seems to be lacking a little in this Gluten Free area. But hey, since they’ve offered soups as an option, all is forgiven.
Oh my goodness. Did I mention that you CAN eat bread here?
No longer do those of you with gluten allergies have to live without bread. And not just any bread – you get rosemary focaccia gluten free bread.
All’s right with the food world again.

Cooking for those that can’t eat wheat, rye, oats or barley has come a long way. Years ago, your options were limited to a lettuce and tomato salad, for fear of cross-contamination.
Now, chefs are more aware and understanding of these health issues, and have used their creative culinary skills to help everyone enjoy dining out again, regardless of food restraints.
