This is a great starter or meal in itself. These tender and chewy breadsticks are baked with cheddar and mozzarella filling and finished with herbs and Romano cheese. The jalapeno gives it just enough bite and the bacon gives it…well…bacon! $6.99.
Sweet & Spicy Chicken Habanero Sandwich
This tasty sandwich starts with grill chicken breast and is served with pineapple jalapenos, a sweet mango habanero sauce and topped with plenty of melty cheddar and provolone. $6.99.
Pacific Veggie
If you are looking for something for the vegetarian or something a little lighter, this is a great choice off of the Specialty Pizza menu. It starts with Parmesan Asiago crust topped with fresh spinach, roasted red pepper, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and black olives. It comes with a great mix of melty cheese including mozzarella, feta and provolone. A small is $12.25.
Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes
If you are looking for a sweet treat to finish your pizza feast, give these a try. They are crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside, and packed with decadent chocolaty goodness. You get two of these small cakes for $3.99.
Domino’s History:
Brothers Tom and James Monaghan opened a pizza restaurant in Ypsilanti, Michigan in 1960. However, James was leery about leaving his full time job as a postman and soon traded his share of the company for a used car they had purchased for deliveries.
Tom expanded the business to two additional locations by 1965 and changed the name to Dominos, along with working on the branding image of the growing chain. By 1978, using a franchise model, Domino’s Pizza Inc. had expanded to 200 locations.
By 1983, Domino’s began an international expansion, staring in Winnipeg, Canada. By 2015 there were over 10,000 Dominos locations across the globe in 73 countries. It is the second largest pizza chain in the world.
