Cherry Berry’s menu prices are set with the same idea in mind as their restaurant was established, to serve as many of their community as possible while continuing to raise and care for the owners five children. Every day thousands of customers continue to be served by two retired police officers who knew that the desire to serve their community still burned in their blood. Now instead of protecting them from domestic threats, they were instead providing them with delicious frozen yogurt that wouldn’t wage war on their waistlines. Cherry Berry’s History
Sometimes the greatest moment only happens because a little trouble came into our lives, and the creation of Cherry Berry was precipitated by just such an event. Robyn and Dallas Jones were struggling to try to find a way to manage after it was announced that the police force in Tulsa would be downsized due to funding and they would soon be out of work. With five children to care for this was a particularly worrying prospect, but it led them to decide to take their savings and open a healthful alternative to ice cream dining. This idea came to them while they were on vacation and explored the advice of a friend who suggested that the frozen yogurt industry was set to boom. Thus was an institution born that would let them both support their children, and continue to serve their community, only now with delicious frozen yogurt.
