Charley’s dreams of delicious food during his days in college slowly grew into an obsession with making the best subs the world had ever seen. Whether or not he perfected that recipe is up to you, but what we do know is that it took years for him to create a recipe that he was eager to bring to the world. Since then the reception for his recipes has been, to say the least, incredibly positive, resulting in over 500 Charley’s locations opening up all over the world. As the restaurant grew, they made sure to remain in touch with their community and to continue to deliver excellent value while uplifting those who made up the communities they serviced.
