Deviled Eggs
The first thing that caught our eye on their menu was the deviled eggs. We’ve always felt that the measure of any restaurant that offers deviled eggs is how seriously they take this particular dish. A simple combination of egg yolks, mayonnaise, and paprika may be the foundation, but it explodes with secret ingredients, sugar-cured bacon, and their house pickled relish.

This is a delightful chicken sandwich made with their house-marinated chicken and grilled up on their real-fire grill. Top that chicken breast with a melting layer of Monterrey Jack cheese and serve it up on one of their fresh baked buns and you’ve got the West End, a deceptively simple delight.

Redlands Grill’s History
First established in 1991 the Redlands Grill was opened by Lonnie Stout and Mike Moore, the CEO and COO of the newly born restaurant. They envisioned a restaurant that provided delicious food in a boutique-style environment that had a dedication to professional service and food whose quality was beyond reproach. Formed by the J Alexander corporation the expansion of the Redlands Grill involved the conversion of several existing sites into the new business. In many cases, this conversion saw rapid growth in the restaurant’s reputation as the new menu and style brought acclaim to those who worked there and the J Alexander name. Today there are a growing number of Redlands Grills opening up all over the United States, and there may be one opening in your area soon.
