The Boiling Crab’s History
The first Boiling Crab opened in 2004 in the Little Saigon district of Orange County, California. The founders, Dada Ngo and Sinh Nguyen, are Vietnamese immigrants, and are known locally as Yo’Mamma and Yo’Daddy.
There are 13 locations of The Boiling Crab found mostly in California, Las Vegas and Dallas as of 2016.
