Bacon-Wrapped Sirloin Medallions & Grilled Shrimp
If you have a big appetite, then here is an entrée to consider from the Catch the Surf section of the menu. A 5 oz. sirloin is perfectly seasoned and grilled over an open flame to order. The large shrimp are wrapped in a smoky Applewood bacon before being grilled to perfection and served with a lobster sauce over garlic mashed potatoes. $17.49.
Smokehouse BBQ Ribs & Buffalo Wings

Brookie Sundae Tower
Okay, just a warning, this is a dessert-instead-of-dinner portion for the kid in all of us. It is a mountain of sweet decadence! The Brookie is actually a brownie and chocolate chip cookie baked together then sandwiched with vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate and caramel sauce. You know you want it! $9.49.
Dave and Buster’s History
In the 1970’s founders Dave Corriveau and James “Buster” Corley were actually competitors. Corriveau owned an adult entertainment establishment, and Corley owned a restaurant on the same block in Dallas, Texas. They joined forces and opened the first Dave & Buster’s in 1982 with the best of both worlds: Tasty food and plenty of entertainment designed for adults to enjoy a night out.
The company went public in 2014 which raised $94 million in investment capital. The slogan for the restaurant chain is “Eat. Drink. Play.” As of 2016 there are 84 locations across the country. The chain boasts a $1 million investment in a range of high tech and modern games at each location.
