Fired Up Restaurant Concepts purchased five Johnny Carino’s Italian Kitchen restaurants in 1997 and began the expansion of the Carino’s Italian chains that includes what is now Johnny Carino’s, Carino’s Italian and Carino’s Catering.
As of 2016, there are 70 locations of Johnny Carino’s across the United States.
