When you visit John’s Incredible Pizza Company, what you pay for is an admission fee that gives you access to an all you can eat buffet with a large variety of great foods. There are different fees for different ages, times of day, and days of the week, a full listing of which can be found below.

Pizza
Of course you will find great pizza on the buffet.
In fact, you will find over 20 different varieties of pizza including all-time favorites like pepperoni, cheese, mushroom, sausage as well as novel and fun new creative combinations like peanut butter pizza and Ham Mac & Cheese. Go for your favorites, but be sure to try something new too!
Pasta
One of the great things about the pasta bar at John’s Incredible Pizza Company is that you can customize your dish.
First you pick your pasta shape, then one of the signature sauces including Alfredo, Marinara or Meat sauce, and finally you pick from the many add-ons like grilled chicken, onions, peppers or vegetables. It is the ultimate in flexible: make-your-own pasta creation!
Fried Chicken
It is not just the delicious fried chicken that you can find on this section of the buffet…it’s all the accompaniments you could hope to find for the perfect picnic.
Mashed potatoes, gravy, baked beans, mac & cheese, potato fritters and more make this section of the buffet just as fun as the pizza.
Soup and Salad
This is a great section of the buffet to fill up on if you are looking for lighter fare. Each day two made fresh soups join the salad bar. They are hearty soups like baked potato chowder, chili, and chicken pot pie so they won’t leave you hungry.
The salad section includes over 40 veggie items and toppings. There are plenty of dressing options and crunchies like croutons and bacon bits. It is a salad lover’s paradise.
Dessert
Lots of dessert items will tempt you from this section of the buffet. Freshly baked cookies, cakes and cinnamon rolls are just the start.
There is a soft serve ice cream bar too! It might be hard, but be sure to save some room for a sweet ending to your adventure.
John’s Incredible Pizza Company History
John Parlet is the founder of the John’s Incredible Pizza Company. At 21 he purchased a steakhouse while he was a regional manager at Kentucky Fried Chicken. He dreamed of running a pizza restaurant though, and so he volunteered at a local pizza restaurant in order to learn the business.
He opened the first John’s Incredible Pizza Company location in 1997 in Victorville, California after over 30 years of experience in various capacities in the restaurant industry. The first location included a 16,000 square foot facility, and by 2000 he opened the third restaurant in Fresno, California which boasted 53,000 square feet.
There are currently 11 locations of John’s Incredible Pizza located in Oregon, California and Nevada.
