Hopdoddy’s History
Born in Austin, Texas, Hopdoddy has spread throughout the Southwest on the back of an assortment of delicious flavors that set it apart from other restaurants of its type. Throughout their existence, they’ve dedicated themselves to providing something just a little different from the typical fare of burger joints. Just like it should be in Texas, everything on their menu comes just a little bigger than the usual fare.
Most importantly, they were the recipient of The Impossible Burger from Impossible Foods, a burger that was so rich and well made that it was utterly indistinguishable from other burgers except by its superior flavor. What set it apart you ask? There was no meat in the burger at all. Instead, it was made from a special blend of plants and infused with a special substance called heme that made it indistinguishable from other burgers.
