In business since 2003 it was founded on the idea that everyone should be able to enjoy fresh-baked goods without having to break the bank. It was during a visit to a 5-star hotel that it became apparent that most places simply priced their baked goods outside the reach of the casual diner, and he felt that fine pastries and confections shouldn’t be something reserved for the financially elite. Out of this idea Cheng-Hseug Wu created the 85C Bakery to bring his wonderful baked goods to the world.
