The refined ambiance and large cocktail and wine selection makes Bonefish Grill a popular meeting place for drinks and conversation. Their Starter menu is extensive which makes it easy to share a bite over a drink. Don’t miss the Fresh Oysters which can be served raw or Rockefeller style.
For lighter fare, peruse the Soups and Greens portion of the menu. The Bonefish House Salad is a customer favorite. It has hearts of palm, tomatoes and Kalamata olives and is topped with the house citrus vinaigrette and chicken, shrimp or salmon. The Hand Helds section of the menu also offers fantastic choices for those counting calories.
The Grilled Fish selections include Snapper, Chilean Sea Bass, Sea Scallops & Shrimp, Salmon, Swordfish, Ahi Tuna, Rainbow Trout and Tilapia, all served with your choice of specialty sauces. In addition, the Specials menu features the best in seasonal and chef inspired dishes. Deluxe Sides can be added to your meal with a slight additional charge, well worth the additional gourmet flare to your meal.
Maryland Crab Cakes
Yes, you can have great Maryland Crab Cakes even if you don’t live in Maryland! These are made of jumbo lump crab meat and served with a special red remoulade sauce. A great appetizer to share at $14.50.
Spicy Tuna Bowl
If you like tuna you will love this dish. It is bold and spicy which citrus notes and earthy tones. It all starts with sushi grade tuna seared rare with a sweet chili sauce, passion fruit salsa and fresh avocado served over jasmine rice. $14.30.
Grilled Rainbow Trout
Fresh and succulent rainbow trout grilled to perfection and served with your choice of the many signature sauces on the menu. The Lime Tomato Garlic or Pan Asian sauces would pair beautifully with this rich freshwater fish. It comes with the seasonal vegetable of the day and a side of your choice for $19.50
Rib-Eye Steak
Grilled over wood to order, this steak is mouthwatering. You can add lobster or shrimp to your steak dinner for a Surf & Turf for an additional charge if you just can’t decide between beef and seafood. The Rib-Eye Steak comes with seasonal veggies and an additional side dish for $27.90.
Bonefish Grill’s History
The first Bonefish Grill was founded by Time Curci and Chris Parker in 2000 in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 2001, with three restaurants in operation, the majority stock was purchased by OSI Bloomin Brands and over the next decade and a half the chain grew to over 200 locations.
The focus of Bonefish Grill has remained the same throughout the years: to provide a large selection of fresh fish cooked to fine dining standards in a relaxed atmosphere. In 2011, Bonefish Grill did a successful radio advertising campaign with Alec Baldwin as the voice over actor. In 2015 the chain opened their largest restaurant in the King of Prussia Mall in Philadelphia.
