California Fish Grill’s History
Victor Topete, Bob Holden, and Paul Potvin came together in 1998 to create what may be the singular Californian experience in casual dining. They had both grown up with the ocean as their backyard and felt that seafood and the life by the sea was merely a part of who they were. Since then they’ve been providing incredible seafood cuisine for their customers, aiming to provide healthy and delicious grilled seafood that was sure to become their patron’s favorites.
This business was founded on a love of seafood and respect for the ocean that ensures that all of their ingredients are caught wild or sourced from responsible fish-farms. Visitors get the distinct pleasure of enjoying their chefs working in the open kitchen as they prepare the delicious food they’re about to experience. Throughout they’ll hear the sizzle of the flame grill as they enjoy appetizers and a bottle of wine.
