Let’s put it simply when you’re looking for wholesome, down-home food and you find a meatloaf holding the owner’s name on the menu? You can pretty much guarantee you’re never going to experience anything quite as delectable as this meatloaf, nor get a more ringing endorsement than knowing that it’s the meatloaf people respect so much they call it “Mrs.”

Any steakhouse worthy of the name had a seafood menu that’s as robust and varied as the primary beef menu is, and if that seafood menu doesn’t have Garlic Shrimp? You politely ask for the check and leave before you waste another minute of your time. Charlie’s Garlic Shrimp is a fantastic offering that brings out everything that is amazing about seafood and shrimp.

Prime Rib
One of the signature menu items for Charlie’s Steakhouse is this incredible slice of Prime Rib prepared by being lightly seasoned and slow-roasted for hours until its perfectly tender. The Prime Rib comes in a variety of different sizes depending on your appetite and how much you think you can pack away (or want for leftovers)

Salmon Primavera
Primavera is a wonderful pasta dish regardless of where you get it, but when you add Charlie Brown’s commitment to quality along with their light and flavorful salmon, it’s something beyond the pale. This flavorful dish is a wonderful addition to their menu, and we can’t recommend giving it a try enough. If you’re a fan of seafood and pasta, this is the dish that will make your heart sing.

Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse’s History
Three men dedicated to bringing incredible food at reasonable prices to their community came together in 1966 to create a new restaurant. They wanted a place that specialized in the best cuts of meat available, and that would be open for its patrons throughout the year, on every day of the week. Through long discussion and planning the Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse came into existence, and delicious foods started being served to everyone who stopped by. While Charlie’s has expanded beyond the Garden State over the last 50 years, it takes its New Jersey heart with it everywhere it goes.
