Here are a few customer favorites to choose from on the menu:
Looking for a breakfast feast that won’t have you running for the cookie jar by midafternoon? Give this omelet a try! Chock full of breakfast favorites like ham, sausage, bacon and flavor packed veggies including onions, tomatoes and cremini mushrooms. Both cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses are used in this omelet to round out each bite.
Another breakfast or brunch favorite at First Watch is the French toast. What makes it special is the brioche bread cut extra thick for this sweet starter. Rich and delicious, have it topped with butter and cinnamon sugar or ask for some fresh fruit for a slight upcharge.
Pesto Chicken Quinoa Bowl
This is the real breakfast for champions! It is a protein packed starter with plenty of whole grain goodness built in for long lasting fiber and energy. The bed is made with perfectly cooked quinoa mixed with power foods kale, carrot and tomato. Grilled lemon chicken is topped with a vibrant basil pesto sauce and finished with creamy feta cheese crumbles.
Chicken Salad Melt
This hearty lunch favorite is an upscale version of a diner classic. Juicy chopped white-meat chicken is joined up with the bright flavors of tart apple, sweet raisons, and crisp celery. It is then topped with Monterey Jack cheese and broiled until warm and melty. It comes to you open face on grilled multigrain and finished with a cool slice of tomato.
Two for You Combo
Those looking for the best lunch deal on the menu at First Watch should check out this combo. You can choose any two of the following: ½ sandwich, ½ salad, or a cup of soup. If you are going for a light meal, consider a half Market Veggie Sammy with a cup of the Tomato Basil soup on the side. For a bigger bite, try the Monterey Club with a half portion of the Fruity Chicken salad.
First Watch History
First Watch opened its first location in 1983 in Pacific Grove, California. First Watch restaurants are only open between 7am and 2:30pm. The restaurant is named after the nautical terminology that refers to the first shift of the day.
Since its inception, the restaurant chain operates with a strong commitment to quality food that is still followed today. First watch restaurants avoid heat lamps, microwaves and deep fat fryers in the preparation of foods at every location.
