Project Pie Menu & Prices

Find Project Pie Menu Prices & Most Popular Food Items

James Markham took it upon himself to create the “anti-chain pizza chain” in 2012, and the results of that effort are reflected in Project Pie’s menu prices. The owner of two previous pizza chains, Pie-Ology and MOD Pizza, he set out to create an experience that would give customers a broad range of healthy options to choose from in the creation of their own pizza. Project Pie has managed to find its way into the hearts of both customers and franchise owners alike, and the results are satisfying the creative, and pizza related, cravings of people everywhere.

Popular Menu Items

With combinations like sauceless white pizza, crumbled meatballs, basil, mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic, there are countless options you can use to create your very own pizza. Dozens of items exist on their list and the combinations you can make are very clearly countless. Combine that with their own special fountain drink made with cane sugar rather than High-Fructose Corn Syrup, and you’re able to create a complex yet tasty dining experience that can’t be beat.

We selected some favorites to list out below:

Classic Cheese Pie

A classic cheese pie is exactly what it sounds like, a combination of a regular crust with a rich tomato sauce poured over, topped with mozzarella and a blend of other cheeses that take the taste from simple to amazing. Really just a base pizza for other toppings, if you ask us.

Carnivore’s Choice

Every restaurant chain worth its salt has a standard offering that speaks to the meat lover in all of us, and with Project Pie that would be the Carnivore’s choice. Crumbled meatballs dance with pepperoni and Italian Sausage in a garden of rich mozzarella, garlic, and their signature red sauce.

Herbivores Delight

Sometimes you just need to let the meat get away for a night, and when you do it’s time to try this classic dish. Red onions and artichoke come together with sliced tomato, feta, pesto, and mozzarella to create a singularly wonderful vegetable pizza you’ll order again and again.

A Night In Brussels

It’s not something you commonly find on a pizza, but these roasted Brussels sprouts turn this simple dish into a fantastic culinary twist. Combined with red onion and prosciutto on a bed of Parmesan and mozzarella drizzled with olive oil, it’s something that diners come in for every day.

Project Pie’s History

This pizzeria put a new twist on eating pizza when they introduced the concept of “Artisan Pizza” during their opening run. When you stop in at a Project Pie you’re going to become a pizza artisan all on your own as you’re guided by experts to create a custom pizza flavor that’s all you. No more do you have to add and remove from standardized menu options, instead you can build an incredible pizza experience one topping at a time. Multiple sauces, a variety of cheese, and countless meats and toppings come together to create a purely custom pizza pie experience you won’t believe. This pizza has been in existence since 2008 when James Markham of MOD Pizza decided it was time to try another take on the pizza business in 2012.
