Roy’s History

Founded in 1988 by Roy Yamaguchi, Roy’s Seafood, Steak, and Sushi grill came to be well known for its combination of Japanese, Hawaiian, and French cuisine. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Roy brought a remarkable amount of skill to the restaurant that helped make it immediately popular among the clientele he served. This success drove the business to its current place of having 18 restaurants in operation throughout the world.
