Saladworks is a fast-casual restaurant that uses fresh ingredients prepared in-house every day. You can choose from one of their own salad creations or create your own!
If you want to make your own – you’d choose one of their salad bases and then top it with cheese, proteins, grains, fruits, and veggies. They also have 17 different dressings and each comes with a white or wheat roll. The salad bases are: a romaine/iceberg blend; baby spring mix; baby kale mix; fresh spinach; and pasta.
If you prefer a sandwich, you can choose one on bread, in a wrap, or get it made as a panini on a hot press. It’s no surprise that there are a variety of sandwiches you can choose from.
Here are a few suggestions that can help you choose the best lunch or dinner:
Fire Roasted Cabo
Salads are Saladworks bread-and-butter, and this options hits you with flavor right out of the gate. It comes on the romaine/iceberg blend, all-natural grilled chicken, a corn and bean blend, roasted red peppers, tortilla strips, and a spicy monterey jack cheese. They suggest you opt for the tangy salsa ranch for a great combination.
This is a classic French salad that has great flavor combinations. Saladworks uses the romaine/iceberg blend and adds radiatore pasta, tuna, tomatoes, black olives, and chopped eggs. The balsamic vinaigrette is recommended, but the Italian vinaigrette or the apple cider vinaigrette would be equally as tasty.
Loaded Chicken Salad Sandwich
If a sandwich is your thing, the chicken salad sandwich is definitely going to hit the spot. It’s made with homemade chicken salad and mixed with dried cranberries, glazed pecans, celery, olive oil mayonnaise and spring mix.
Broccoli Cheddar Soup
What’s better than a warm cup of soup on a cold day? This new soup is already a hit with customers, made with big pieces of broccoli and a creamy sharp cheddar. It’s offered in a small, medium, or large size.
A classic deli option, Saladworks also offers a choice of combinations for lunch or dinner. You can choose half of one of their sandwiches and pair with a half salad or a cup of their original recipe soups. This is a great, filling option for a great price.
