Popular Menu Items

Craving one yet? The sandwiches, soups, sides, and more on the menu at Togo’s are sure to produce a favorite.

We go wild with for their Turkey Cranberry, combining the best turkey and freshly picked cranberries into a concoction that’s bold yet refined.

Here are some more of our favorites:

Hot Meatball

Make sure to get some napkins this one can be messy! Italian beef and pork meatballs, marinara Sauce and provolone – a combination that has been tried and loved to perfection throughout the world!

Chicken Salad

There’s nothing like a good old-fashioned Chicken Salad Sandwich. At Togo’s, chicken salad is definitely something special. Their chicken salad is a devilishly delicious concoction of perfectly diced all-natural chicken mixed with almonds, pickles, celery, onion and mayo.

Viva Veggie

Attention veggie lovers! Try the viva veggie: lettuce, tomatoes, onions and light balsamic vinaigrette with a special topping – a mix of hummus, roasted red peppers, and feta cheese that’s to die for! An instant classic for “green-eaters” year-round.

California Club

Choose from any one of Togo’s amazingly light’n fluffy breads and go with the California Club – you can’t go wrong. You’ll indulge in a feast of turkey, black forest ham, bacon and avocado, finishing it off with a crisp mayo. As for the bacon – you might want to ask for double as it’s the perfect combination of salty and sweet that accentuates any sandwich; pushing it from great to totally crazy awesome!

Togo’s History

The first Togo’s restaurant opened in 1968 in California at 336 East William Street, right next to San Jose State University. That restaurant (a shack really) was so small that only four people could be inside the store at one time.

In 1971 the little sandwich shack that catered primarily to hungry college students, was purchased by Mike Cobbler who was a student at San Jose State University at that time. Through the company’s new owner and a new marketing campaign, the restaurant which was called Sandwiches “To Go” at the time, quickly expanded to new locations in both Corvallis Oregon and downtown San Jose.

Today, Togo’s have now grown their restaurant franchise to a chain of locations across the United States.
