Twin Peaks’ History

Randy Dewitt founded Twin Peaks, the first restaurant opened in 2005 in Lewisville, Texas. A restauranteur, his goal was to create a restaurant and sports bar that offered a mountain lodge theme. They channel Hooters with their servers – attractive waitresses.

True to the chains name, Twin Peaks pours beer into a frosted mug that’s chilled at 29 degrees so ice crystals form at the top of the glass.

The chain has expanded since 2005 with locations across the U.S., but most you’ll find in Texas.
