In 1995 a little company would come into existence in Bethesda, Maryland. A place of origin that may be a bit unusual given that it was formed under the name California Tortilla, or CalTort to its friends. This franchise was started with the goal of re-imagining Mexican food and bringing a delicious experience to its customers.
