Grilled Chicken Pecan Salad
Salad lovers rejoice over this hearty and flavorful salad full of protein and crunch. You will love the crisp and hand-breaded chicken tenders that adorn this salad made with fresh greens, two cheeses, tomatoes, and carrots. Honey roasted pecans add a sweet crunchy punch of flavor to finish this tasty salad. Try it with the scratch made honey mustard dressing for $8.49.
Monte Cristo
If you love a sandwich, try this Parisian favorite, rarely found in the U.S. This sandwich is built with smoked ham and turkey, paired with two cheeses. Then the whole sandwich is dipped in a light egg batter and grilled. It is served with a dusting of powdered sugar and a dollop of raspberry preserves for the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
Gigi’s Baked Spasagna®
This is a fun twist on traditional lasagna. Made with spaghetti noodles and layered with plenty of cheeses, meats and marinara sauce, it is a great hearty entrée for the pasta lover! It comes with a side of garlic bread for $9.49.
House Smoked Baby Back Ribs
These ribs are tender, smoky and sweet. They start with a house made rub before being slowly smoked and finished in a tangy BBQ sauce. You may also want to look at the many rib combos on the menu as well. Have the full rack with two sides for $15.29.
Cheddar’s History
Aubrey Good and Doug Rogers founded the first Cheddar’s in 1979 in Arlington, Texas. By 1995 there were 10 locations. Oak Investment Partners and Catterton Partners jointly purchased the chain in 2006 and helped to continue Cheddar’s growth.
Cheddar’s received the Zagat’s reward for the top full-service restaurant chain as well as numerous other awards. Consumer Reports rated the chain as fist in Pub Style or Grill in both 2009 and 2012. As of 2016 there are over 160 locations of Cheddar’s, located in 23 states.
