Fazoli’s offers pastas, breadsticks, salads and sandwiches. They use 100% real mozzarella cheese and vine-ripened tomatoes to create dishes that satisfy. As they say, “our food isn’t fast food. It’s fast. Fresh. Italian!”
The pastas at Fazoli’s are separated into two categories: classic and oven-baked. The classic pastas use fettuccine or spaghetti as a base, and then you can top it with a variety of sauces, proteins, and veggies. The oven-baked pastas are hearty meals that are mixed together and then thrown into the oven to finish. These include dishes such as Twice-Baked Lasagna, Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Chicken Parmigano.
For lighter fare — or to complement a pasta dish — Fazoli’s also has several different salads. You can order a side garden salad to go with a meal or you can choose from four types of salads with grilled chicken for a filling option.
Their “Submarinos” are decent sized and you can choose from six different options if you aren’t feeling like pasta. Fazoli’s also has a kid’s menu and they offer desserts.

Three Cheese Tortellini
Tortellini is a ring-shaped stuffed pasta. This dish is stuffed with ricotta, parmesan, and romano cheeses and then topped with roasted chicken, bacon, roasted tomatoes, and peas. Add a little fresh shaved parmesan on top and you feel like your dining in the Italian countryside.
Primo Italiano Submarino
If you’re looking for an Italian style sub, look no further. This classic has Genoa salami, capicola, and baked ham on a garlic roll. It’s topped with mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce, and pepperocini slices. It comes with a red wine balsamic vinaigrette.
Chicken Parmigiano
You can’t go wrong with this Italian baked dish. A crispy chicken breast is placed on top of spaghetti in a marinara sauce and then mozzarella and provolone cheeses are added before melting everything together in the oven. A side salad goes great with this classic.
Chocolate Chip Cannolis

Fazoli’s History
After almost creating the concept of a casual Italian-American restaurant single handedly, Jerrico Inc. opened five Fazoli’s in Lexington, Kentucky in 1988.
Since it was founded, the company leadership has changed but one thing has remained – they have always continued to evolve the restaurant’s offerings and it remains a delicious place to enjoy an Italian meal!
