Macaroni Grill serves both lunch and dinner. They have a lunch special which includes 3 courses for $10 which is a great bargain. The lunch menu also features an express lunch service with many selections served in 7 minutes for $7.
Dinner at Macaroni Grill is a treat for the whole family. There are plenty of well-known Italian classics as well as some chef inspired dishes with new flavors. Artisan pizza, pasta, steaks, chicken, veal and seafood are all available on the menu.

Popular Menu Items
Macaroni Grill has all your favorite classics in Italian cuisine, plus some new twists on some old standbys. The Antipasti menu has several tasty starters for your meal. Try the Stuffed Mushrooms which have Italian sausage, goat cheese and spinach in the filling.
If you are looking for lighter fare, there are several salads designed with full flavor in mind, in addition to several seafood entrees to choose from. If you are looking for something hearty and filling, you may want to try one of their Artisan Pizzas. The crust is thick and chewy, just like it should be. The toppings are fresh and prepared expertly and paired together in a variety of chef inspired signature pizzas.
Of course there are also classics like Lasagna Bolognese and Fettuccine Alfredo, but don’t forget to save room for dessert. We recommend the Lemon Passion cake.

Spicy Ricotta Meatballs
This is a must try appetizer from the Antipasti menu. These meatballs feature beef and veal mixed with ricotta, caramelized onion and red chile for a little kick. $6.00.
Parmesan-Crusted Chicken
If you are looking for lighter fare that is still packed with flavor, consider this big salad. It starts with fresh and crisp lettuce topped with prosciutto and Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. It is dressed with a creamy parmesan ranch dressing and a balsamic glaze for $10.50.
Shrimp Portofino
Tender jumbo shrimp served over capellini pasta and tossed with spinach, mushrooms and pine nuts in a lemon butter sauce. The sauce for this pasta dish is light and flavorful and will pair well with a glass of your favorite white wine. $15.50.
Buffalo Chicken Parmesan
This is a great fusion of an American original, buffalo style chicken wings, and Italian preparations. The sauce for this dish has the kick of calabrian peppers and is served over cappellini pasta with celery and gorgonzola cream sauce. $14.50.
Macaroni Grill’s History
Phillip J. Romano opened the first Macaroni Grill in Leon Springs, Texas in 1988. The inspiration for the restaurant was Italian trattoria cuisine, the Italian equivalent to upscale casual dining. In 1989 the franchise rights to the company were sold to Brinker International. By 2007 they had expanded to 230 restaurants.
The chain has changed hands a few times over the year and as of 2015 is owned by Redrock Partners LLC. The company currently operates over 200 restaurants in 12 countries. One of the more humorous television commercials Macaroni Grill has run was “I like big crusts” set to the tune of the famous catchy tune “I Like Big Butts” by Sir Mix-A-Lot, as a way to promote their flatbread specials.
