Bar Louie’s History
Roger Greenfield, experienced restaurateur, opened the first Bar Louie on Chicago Avenue in 1990. The chain has been rapidly expanding since. As if 2016 there are over 115 locations worldwide. Many locations can be found in malls and shopping centers.
In 2010 Sun Capital Partners, Inc. became major investors in the company. Headquarters for Bar Louie are n Addison, Texas.
