Hill Country Salad
The salad menu at Claim Jumper is extensive and we find this to be one of the best. A bed of fresh greens is topped with crisp fried chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, tomatoes, eggs and croutons. Plenty of flavor and texture. $11.99 for regular chicken, and $12.99 for Buffalo style chicken tenders.
Roasted Tri-Tip & Shrimp
Claim Jumper is known for both high quality Angus beef and fresh seafood so why not try this surf and turf combination for the best of both? The tri-tip cut is slow roasted and served with an herb and peppercorn reduction sauce. You can choose between grilled, fried, or coconut shrimp. Have it with two sides of your choice for $21.99.
Absolut Tortelloni
Blackened grilled chicken and creamy cheese stuffed tortelloni pasta is tossed in a vodka tomato cream sauce. If that was not decadent enough, it is topped with bacon, parmesan and parsley. It is a huge portion to satisfy even the heartiest appetite. $16.99.

Claim Jumper’s History
The first Claim Jumper restaurant opened in 1977 in Los Alamitos, California by founder Craig Nickoloff. From the start, the interior décor was designed to invoke the atmosphere of the California Gold Rush in the mid 1800’s.
The chain was purchased by Landry’s Inc. for $76.6 million in 2010. At that time the headquarters was moved from Irvine, California to Houston, Texas. As of 2016 there are over 40 locations across 9 states.
