Originally a patio stand in Orange County, California, Bruxie began with one idea: the Fried Chicken and Waffle Sandwich. Even though their menu has expanded, their quality is still the same. Their chicken is always fresh, and the waffles are made on site. The menu also includes chicken tenders, fried chicken, and even an “Angry” Mac & Cheese.
Now with eight locations, including one in South Korea, Bruxie now offers an “official” breakfast menu. The best part? Breakfast is served all day.

Green Eggs & Ham Breakfast Sandwich: Don’t worry. The “green” on this sandwich comes from a delicious arugula pesto that tops two large eggs, ham, cheddar cheese, and mayo. Even the pickiest Sam-I-Am will love this sandwich for $7.75.
Naked Bruxie Waffle: Choose your topping to cover your naked waffle. Either Pure Vermont Maple Syrup, butter, powdered sugar, or cinnamon sugar are offered. Can’t decide? Get two waffles! They are only $5.75.
Liege Waffle: This treat comes in two flavors. The Caramelized Pearl Sugar version is $3.95, and the Dark Chocolate Filled Waffle is $4.95. Which one will you choose, my liege?
Dessert Waffles: Dessert for breakfast? We promise not to tell your Mama. Choose between the more sophisticated sounding Creme Brûlée or good old Nutella and Banana. Either choice is $6.50.
