Taco Bar
Rubio’s “Build your Own Taco Bar” is a popular option to make sure that all the guests are satisfied with their meal. The taco bar comes with chicken, steak, and beer-battered Wild Alaska Pollock.
If you want to make it a full seafood bar, you can opt to have the beer-battered Wild Alaska Pollock, grilled shrimp, and grilled or blackened wild salmon or ono.
There is something for everyone, and it all comes with rice, pinto or black beans, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, specialty salsas, tortillas, and chips.

Quesadilla or Taquitos Platter
