Started over 30 years ago in Delaware, Capriotti’s grew their sandwich shop to include restaurants all over the country. Originally, customers came in droves to enjoy roasted turkey sandwiches. Other signature sandwiches, like “The Bobbie” were added. Now Capriotti’s offers a full line of sandwiches, salads, and more. Even after being in business for decades, Capriotti’s still feels like a family-run joint. You can still imagine originators Lois and Alan in the back kitchen roasting turkeys for the lunch rush.
