Especialidad de Pappasito’s: This plate serves two people so the pricing is a little less expensive than other menu items (if you are sharing) at $23.95. It comes with a fresh torta bread topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs & green chile hollandaise sauce. It’s served with beef & chicken fajitas, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice & frijoles a la charra. Wow!
