This is a full course menu that provides an appetizer, entree, and dessert for your guests. It comes with chile con queso to start, beef and chicken fajitas as a main, and your choice of brownies or lemon squares for dessert.
It’s a great way to feed a hungry crowd. The Rio Grande costs $22.95 per guest!
Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp Fajitas
Fajitas are a Tex-Mex favorite, it’s hard to find someone that doesn’t enjoy these wonderful, grilled pieces of meat. This particular order comes with grilled beef, grilled chicken, and grilled shrimp — all marinated to perfection.
It also comes with grilled onion, pico de gallo, guacamole, tortillas, tortilla chips, and salsa. It costs $20.95 per guest — 1/2 a pound of fajitas will be provided to each guest.
Tacos
You can’t order Mexican food without ordering some tacos. These tacos come with ixtapa beef, chicken tinga, grated cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes — all wrapped in a soft tortilla.
