Breakfast Tacos: The soft flour tortillas are filled with scrambled eggs, bacon & cheddar cheese. They are served with refried breans, skillet potatoes, and avocado pico de gallo for $12.95. It’s one of the most popular breakfast items on the menu!

Migas: This menu item is also very popular and is comprised of scrambled eggs & fresh pico de gallo blended with yellow corn strips & four cheeses. It’s served with refried beans & skillet potatoes.The Migas plate is $12.95.

Quesadillas: Breakfast just got more interesting. These quesadillas are made from homemade flour tortillas and filled with scrambled eggs, bacon & a blend of four cheeses. They are served with avocado pico de gallo. The dish is $12.95.

Eggchiladas: The name is an obvious combination but the creation is delicious. It comes with two cheese enchiladas topped with two eggs sunny-side up and is served with refried beans, skillet potatoes & a flour tortilla for $15.95.

Huevos Rancheros: This is a popular item at many cantinas but this one really packs a punch with corn tortillas topped with two eggs sunny-side up, zesty ranchero sauce & melted cheddar cheese. It is served with fajita steak, refried beans & skillet potatoes and is $15.95.

Especialidad de Pappasito’s: This plate serves two people so the pricing is a little less expensive than other menu items (if you are sharing) at $23.95. It comes with a fresh torta bread topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs & green chile hollandaise sauce. It’s served with beef & chicken fajitas, guacamole, pico de gallo, rice & frijoles a la charra. Wow!

Kid Breakfast: Kids can eat for $5.95 with two eggs scrambled with skillet potatoes & refried beans. For Amigos 12 and under!
