Cabo San Lucas had a profound experience on Sarah and JD Gardner during their time there, bringing a vision to mind of a restaurant that provided the incredible experiences they’d had while they were there to customers all over the United States. The time spent enjoying the cuisine while the warm waters of the Mexican oceans lapped at their toes had them considering how they could bring this home. When they returned to Layton, Utah, they set out to create this experience in their hometown.
